Description

The Falcon E402F fryer is an incredibly efficient single tank, twin basket electric deep fryer with in-built filtration system. It combines reliability, efficiency and performance to result in a fryer which would compliment any commercial kitchen requiring high hourly throughput. The unique pan design means that only 20 litres of oil is required to produce up to 58kg of chips every hour. With high efficiency innovative tri-stack elements, the fryer has almost immediate temperature recovery. Alongside the easy to use control panel and rear castors, the fryer is both easy to use and clean. The front control panel allows the user to have four pre-set programmes and can also display the time remaining on the current programme, as well as the current oil temperature. The in-built filtration system further extends the life of the oil which leads to exceptional efficiency and reduced running costs.
