Powerful slim-line fryer by Falcon with electric in-built filtration system which drains oil, filters it, and then pumps it back into the fryer to use again. The single pan design with lift out elements is easy to clean, and the single rotary control with temperature-reached indicator provides easy to use and intuitive operation.
