Monin's chai tea concentrate is alcohol-free, halal, kosher and suitable for vegans and vegetarians, so you can offer it to a wide range of customers. It is sold in a 700ml glass bottle that can be widely recycled after use.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, tea extract (1g/l diluted in 1+10), colour: E150a, natural flavouring, acid: citric acid, emulsifier: acacia gum, natural tea flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Recommended quantities: 10-25ml per serve for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappés and milkshakes (depending on recipe)
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
