Description
Monin's white tea concentrate is alcohol-free, nut-free, halal, kosher and suitable for vegans and vegetarians, so can be offered to a wide range of customers. It is sold in a 700ml glass bottle that can be widely recycled after use.
Ingredients: Water, sugar, white tea extract (1g/l diluted in 1+8), natural flavouring, citric acid, phosphoric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Recommended quantities: 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappés and milkshakes (depending on recipe)
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
