Description
Thanks to its large capacity stainless steel inner pot, the Rowlett allows you to cook your food separately in the pot, and then transfer it to the soup kettle for holding and service. This way, there's no need to change containers, so there's no loss of heat and less washing up.
As it's a dry heat soup kettle, the Rowlett doesn't use a water bath, and as such doesn't need filling or topping up - just select a temperature using the digital control panel and the Rowlett soup kettle reliably holds temperature. And once you're all done, the whole unit is easy to clean.
